Boxing is getting an upgrade. We are adding resistance training and blasting core to your regular boxing class. CODE red is a fun interval class. The party starts with boxing then we build those muscles with a total body power sculpting segment and just when you think it's over, we finish it up with a core shredding- heart pumping ABS workout. Get ready to be pushed to your ultimate limit as you party and sweat in a crazy fun environment of power and great energy. COME EXPERIENCE THE NEXT WAVE IN FITNESS.

H.E.A.T Kettlebell & TRX Circuit

Try this non-nonsense, intense 50 minute workout! H.E.A.T (High Energy Advanced Training) is an intermediate class that combines high intensity interval training with muscle conditioning using kettlebells and the TRX. This nonstop format is designed to give you the biggest bang for your time! Come prepared to work hard and be pushed to your highest potential!


When participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness Party. Dance Fusion

You’ve been through the beginning levels of dance and now you're ready for a little more. This class will push your body and mind as we snap, pop, and drop to the hottest music from all over the world!Look forward to a different choreography routine each class! Kick it up!

The evolution of cardio kickboxing has landed at MC and is taking Long Island by storm! Be ready to jab, cross and kick your body to a better YOU! This class is geared towards all levels.

MC Barre Fusion

Lengthen and strengthen your muscles during this 50 minute, full body workout. Incorporating the best of Barre, this cornerstone class will push you to challenge both the body and mind while focusing on working each muscle group to fatigue. Work through dynamic, full range movements along with targeted isometrics to really feel the shake and burn. Round out the total body experience with a mindful, deep stretch that will leave you feeling accomplished and centered.

Zumba® Step & Toning Mash up

Perfect for those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Come prepared for the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), to help you focus on specific musclegroups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! We also combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics, with the fun fitness party that only Zumba® brings to the dance floor.

Super Sculpt

This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle mass. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle mass tothe body composition you can speed up your metabolism; therefore burning more calories when you workout and while at rest.


This class is a CRAZY combination of Kick It Up and Super Sculpt. It is an invigorating workout that goes beyond the basics and literally kicks it up a notch for a full body muscle conditioning workout. This 90 minute workout ends with a concentration on core strength and increased flexibility, relaxation and meditation for both mind and body.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow, likened to a dynamic dance, is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and teachers weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness. Open to all levels.
